So far a lot less sides (practically none although I'm still early in my cycle and I expect this to change somewhat) and my gains are nice and lean and dry. So far my gains on this compound have been just as good as other anabolics. Well considering how well my rad140 cycle is going so far I will prob just do another rad140 cycle lol. The food thing would benefit me a lot, but like I said, I would probably shed all of that water weight and fat with Diabetes, so I need to look into it a bit more and see if it’s worth it. Side Effects: This is where I had the most issues. Gains: Lifts went up, but nothing crazy/magical like every hypes it up to be I made sure to include drop sets and light cardio 1-2x a week.
